Denis has been with Innovacom for more than 10 years, and was a co-founding investor and a board member of start-ups as Netcentrex, Highdeal, LeaCom, or Atchik.

Previously, he worked for the French Treasury, as an equity holder in numerous corporations, mainly in the fields of aerospace, defence and media. He held notably board seats with Snecma (now Safran group), Nexter, France 3 and ARTE.

Denis started as a researcher with France Telecom R&D, where he conceived and realized optical components for telecom networks. He studied at Ecole Normale Superieure in Paris, is a graduate of Ecole Nationale Superieure des telecommunications, and holds a PhD in the field of optoelectronics. In 2003, he was appointed as a member of the French National Council for Entrepreneurship. .
